I am proud to officially announce my collaboration with the Italian Celiac Association of Tuscany (AIC Toscana). This partnership marks an unprecedented step forward in enhancing the accessibility of gluten free tourism in one of Italy's most iconic regions. I love that for us!:)
The Vision:
My mission has always been to empower celiac travelers to explore Italy with confidence, savoring every moment without worrying about celiac safety. AIC Toscana shares a similar vision but has historically been more focused on improving the quality of life for Italian celiacs. My involvement marks an important shift of focus to include celiac tourists specifically…that’s you! Teaming up with AIC Toscana allows us to expand our reach and resources, making Tuscany an even more welcoming destination for English-speaking gluten free adventurers.
What to Expect:
This collaboration is multifaceted, with exciting plans unfolding in the coming months (cough cough, in-person events). Our initial focus will be on enhancing accessibility through language. I'll be assisting AIC Toscana in translating their website into English, specifically curating a "tourism" section tailored to our international audience. Additionally, we’ll be launching an English blog on the AIC Toscana site, where we'll share insider tips, must-visit destinations, news updates, and much more. Through informative articles and engaging content, we aim to provide invaluable insights for planning your dream gluten free getaway in Tuscany.
